No. If your student is already enrolled in a Canby School, you do not need to re-enroll them for the upcoming school year. In the Fall, we will ask you to verify your family and student's information.
Online Registration uses a 256-bit, secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect information. The technology is similar to that used in other industries such as health care and banking.
Yes. Custodial parents can register multiple new students in a household at one time.
Applications can be saved if more data entry is needed and reopened at a later time with the created username and password.
No. To make changes to a previously submitted registration, families should contact the school. Office staff can assist with changes to the submitted registration. After the registration file has been accepted by the school, parents can log in and make updates/changes to their student's information throughout the year.
There is not currently an app for Online Registration. Online Registration opens in a new window, it is best accessed from a desktop computer.

Program School The Canby School District offers a Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program at Trost Elementary. This is a program offered to all students entering kindergarten within the district, regardless of home address. If you are joining the Canby School District after Kindergarten, please contact DLI Program Coordinator Danielle Reynolds at danielle.reynolds@canby.k12.or.us for how to participate in this program.
Neighborhood School If you are not participating in the Dual Language Immersion program, your student will attend their neighborhood school, which is determined by the student's home address.
