ParentVUE & StudentVUE

Both ParentVUE and StudentVUE can be accessed from any Internet-connected device with a current web browser.

Updated mobile Apps for both iOS and Android smartphones are available.

Families should update to the latest version of the app before the start of the 2026-27 school year to avoid disruptions.

Your username and password will stay the same.

ParentVUE

ParentVUE is a web portal that allows parents and guardians to access real-time information related to their students, including:

  • Attendance
  • Calendars
  • Course history
  • Emergency contacts
  • Grade Book information
  • Report cards
  • Schedules
  • School information

ParentVUE is also used on an annual basis during the start of each school year to verify student enrollment information.

How do I get Access to ParentVUE?

An activation letter with a secure activation code will be provided by your student's school. Follow the instructions on the activation letter to setup a secure username and password and access the system. Once you've established access, reach the system via this address: https://ca.cesdk12.org

ParentVUE Help

Access to ParentVUE requires a username and password, which parents/guardians set up with an Activation Key code. If you have questions or would like assistance with ParentVUE, please contact your child's school office. parentvuesupport@canby.k12.or.us

StudentVUE

StudentVUE allows students to access near real-time information on assignments and scores, attendance, class schedules, class websites, course history, grade book, report cards and more. StudentVUE also allows for online course requests at participating schools.

  • Class(es): Tap a class to view class details and assignments.
  • Messages: Displays messages sent via Synergy. The district primarily uses ParentSquare for school and district communications.
  • Flex Schedule: Used to request Flex period assignment (high school students only).
  • Attendance: Provides a list or calendar view of the student's attendance records.
  • Class Schedule: Lists the student’s classes for the current term.
  • Course History: Displays a comprehensive record of all courses the student has taken.
  • Course Request: Request future courses when the course request window is open.
  • Grade Book: Offers real-time tracking of student performance on assignments, tests, and quizzes.
  • Report Card: Shows the student's official marks for each grading period.
  • School Information: Provides basic school information and a staff directory for the student's
  • school.
  • Student Info: Displays the student's demographic details, including emergency contacts and
  • physician information.
  • Test History: Contains historical test scores from state-mandated tests.
  • Documents: Student-related documents that have been uploaded or archived.
  • Name Pronunciation: Provides the ability for a student to record the correct pronunciation of
  • their name.
  • Class Notes: Area for the student to take notes.
  • Daily Assignments: This view displays assignments and tests for the current day only.
