Welcome to the Operations Department
We are committed to safe, clean, reliable facilities to help support the District's mission of ensuring all students reach their potential. We believe our facilities are a reflection of who we are as a District. We provide welcoming and inviting facilities for our students, staff, parents, and community.
Who We Are
Facility Rental
The Canby School District’s facilities are available for use by any OSAA in-season sport affiliated with Canby Kids Inc., club and tournament youth organizations, private schools, adult leagues, civil/ service groups, public agencies, private companies, faith-based organizations, colleges and universities.
Facility use requires the completion of four steps:
1. Understanding and abiding by the District’s Facility Use Agreement.
2. Completing the Facility Use Liability Release Form and providing a certificate of liability for $1 million per occurrence and $2 million in aggregate.
3. Submitting a Facility Request Application at least thirty days before the proposed date of use for each facility requested.
4. Paying use fees outlined on the Canby School District’s Fee Schedule.

Do you have a Work Order?
Administrative and office support staff in the Canby School District may submit facilities and maintenance work orders through our management system, Incident IQ.
To ensure work requests are in alignment with school priorities, we request that school instructional and support staff work with their front office to submit work orders for repairs, moving heavy furniture, courier requests, and other needs.
