What if I forgot my password?
  1. Go to the Canby ParentVUE login Page
  2. Click on I am a Parent
  3. On the ParentVUE Account Access Click on More Options and then Forget Password.
  4. Enter your ParentVUE user name or email address that the school has on record for you.
  5. A password email will be sent with steps on how to reset you password.
How do I access ParentVUE on my mobile phone?

ParentVUE apps are available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once the app is installed, search for the Canby School District, and enter your username/password.

How do I get additional help?

Can I email my child's teachers from ParentVUE?

Yes, from both the Class Schedule and School Information tabs. Just click on the teacher's name to draft a new email.

What languages are available?

ParentVUE is currently available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian, Japanese, and Arabic.
